Thank you for and
your E-mail of 8th July 2008 and
your letter of 16th June 2008.
As I recall from our telephone conversation 8th July from
10.50 a.m. you were due to ‘phone me again on Monday 21st July at
3.00 p.m. but that did not happen.
Over the last few weeks I have put many of the
E-mails and
letters involved in this saga on the Internet, specifically on my
Richard’s Journal Web Site, though I am still behind on the general
narrative; all in my diary but yet to be transferred due to pressure of
work, completing matters connected with my book, etc.
In view of what has happened and the time this debacle has cost me I wish to
know how all this came about.
As I pointed out in
my letter of complaint to Mary Turner, Chief Executive of Tiscali U.K.,
I make use of the Internet a great deal having lost almost everything in the
very late 1990s to corruption in
Havant Borough Council (false accounting, deception, fraud,
miss-appropriation of European Funds, etc.; see
The Background) and, purely coincidentally of course, unable to obtain
publicity in the local Press (the Internet does not have friendly editors to
help with a cover-up –
“News Blackouts, Princes and Kings”), or any assistance from
Business Link Hampshire. Once past the local block, which is happening
thanks to my appearance in
Barbara Ford-Hammond’s book,
“Past Life Tourism” as well as my own forthcoming book,
“Remembering Lorelei”, I shall want to know the complete “Who, What,
Why, When, How”.
Similarly, with
Tiscali,
Creditlink Account Recovery Solutions (CARS) and
Frederickson International Limited, I wish to know the complete “Who,
What, Why, When, How”.
I promised the CARS people that they would be at least a little famous, in
an
E-mail to Naomi Slade, at Cars, on 23rd April 2008.
The only people at Frederickson International to whom I spoke were “Mariam”
and “Kaya”. That was as far as I got as Frederickson International were
totally unhelpful and far more into bullying than sorting out situations.
As I said in one of our conversations, the CARS people had an element of
reasonableness about them, were willing to listen and contact Tiscali about
the situation. On the other hand Frederickson International were unable to
get out of bully mode and could only parrot “You’re a Debtor”, “You’re a
Debtor”, despite it only ever being an allegation by Tiscali, which was
subsequently proven to be totally false, and despite me telling them that
the conversation was being recorded. So, as I also said, it would be a good
idea on Tiscali’s part to put all future business with CARS and forget about
Fredrickson, though Tiscali also need to sort out the absolute shambles that
passes for accounts and “customer care” in its present organisation, as well
as employing people who have a reasonable command of the English language,
can spell, can write letters, can address an envelope properly, can handle
basic arithmetic and can communicate with each other as well as customers.
In other words most of your colleagues need to go back to school and learn
the basics then back to business school and learn how to run a business.
The Tiscali E-mails and Letters seem to be taking a little longer than usual
to show up in searches, unlike a review page I published on
“Trick or Treatment”, a book by Simon Singh and Edzard Ernst, that was
showing on a search for
“Korotkov, Levichev” within a few weeks (third entry, at present), at
least my comments on the page in the book concerned with
Spiritual Healing; the latter were responsible for the mathematics and
experiments involved with treating the human aura as a stress energy tensor
outside Minkowski/Einstein space-time – I do know what I am talking about
despite
Havant Borough Council putting it about that “his marbles are loose” (
confirmed by
“The Well-Wisher”) compared with prominent people who take the opposite
view – they are scared witless of me being in the public domain.
The above is, broadly, what I told you in our first telephone conversation.
As yet I have heard nothing in relation to whose was responsible for such a
heavy handed chain of events; involving credit recovery agencies over a
trivial £8-69, despite payment having been sent, let alone holding cheques
for five or six weeks before cashing them.
I have discussed these events with Officers of the local Chambers of
Commerce, principally Traci Baker of
Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce.
My situation in regard to the local Chambers is as follows:
As
RLK Associates I am a
Member of
East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce, which is affiliated to
Portsmouth and South East Hampshire Chamber of Commerce. The two
affiliated Chambers are accredited by the
British Chambers of Commerce. Therefore, I am backed by not just the
local Chambers of Commerce but the British Chambers of Commerce as well.
The illegal threats against me by CARS and Frederickson International ceased
immediately I E-mailed CARS asking for full legal justification of their
position and Tiscali’s position to take to my local Chamber of Commerce
Legal Team. Logically, CARS had the decency and good sense to contact
Tiscali at that point and someone at Tiscali stopped the threats from
Frederickson International as well, as they ceased at the same time, though
whoever at Tiscali was involved did not have the courtesy to contact me.
I believe my experience with Tiscali, CARS and Frederickson International is
a very good reason to be a Member of a Chamber of Commerce, particularly as
companies, not just Tiscali, treat their customers horrendously. The people
to whom I have spoken at the Chamber of Commerce agree. Therefore, my
experiences with Tiscali and the companies they employ to bully and threaten
customers are to become an article in the Chamber Journal, which will, of
course, go online after print publication; that is the way of things these
days. We are currently, aiming for the September Issue of the Chamber
Journal, which means the story needs to be in by the end of July, early,
mid, August at the latest. That being the case, Tiscali and the other
companies involved have a week, two at the most, to come up with any
positive developments for inclusion in that story.
