Per our conversation of today, the 8th, I can confirm that refund have been
raised for the following Narrowband account numbers :

UI******** - refund due of £***.**
As well as this, as discussed, I have further escalated your request for all
correspondence between Tiscali and Fredricksons and CAR's, including an
apology and retraction for the slander from Freds and all managerial
heirarchy information relating to both these collection agencies. A full and
frank apology from Tiscali accompanying this has also been requested per
your comments.
