We are unable to assist you with your concern as we offer support only for
dial up technical connectivity issues at this helpdesk.
For any billing queries, you will have to contact our Billing team on
08712223311 (Calls will be charged at 10p a minute - Calls from a Tiscali
Talk landline will be charged at the lower rate of 5p a minute, Lines are
open 8am to 9pm, 7 days a week) and Press Option 2 and then again press
Option 2, for assistance. They will be in a better position to assist you in
this regard.
